What I'm doing now is something contradict to last time. When I was teaching at primary school, I liked my students to speak up in my classes (of course, speak at the right moment). I would like to have interaction among the study environment. I would like to have feedback on them.

Of course most of the time I'm very active in some lectures and tutorial classes, but I don't think I'll be active in the lecture hall (among the public).

But I think there should be some group of people should bring this environment up, that means, someone have to be active in the very first place then others will follow. But hey, who would like to be that person? What if what he / she did fail? Then others might tease him / her...Mebbe this is what called as "kiasi".
